1st Corinthians Challenge
Which, is to read, meditate on a half of a chapter a day and then post on NBCC new chat group called 1st Corinthians Challenge on our Facebook page your thoughts on that specific selection of verses, so we can see how the Holy Spirit has moved you within this particular reading. There are 16 chapters, meaning that for 30 days you will read a half of a chapter and then on the last day, May 31st you will read a full chapter opening up yourself for the Holy Spirit to bring a Word of truth within your heart. David said;
I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways
So join me and lets see Gods Word illuminate our hearts.
We as a Church put a high priority on prayer, as we believe that the moment that we kneel and call out unto the Lord, our Heavenly father steps off of His royal throne, kneels on the sea of glass and listens to His children’s prayers, that’s why the beloved disciple of Christ and Paul the Apostle said;
1st John 5:14-15
We are certain that God will hear our prayers when we ask for what pleases him. And if we know that God listens when we pray, we are sure that our prayers have already been answered.
1st Thessalonians 5:17
Never stop praying
John says that God hears our prayers, our small requests, our medium appeals and even our large needs, as it please him, that’s our hope as believers, that the creator of the Heavens & the earth hears me, that’s why we are start a new program called;
Prayer On The 8’s
We are asking, that each of you at 8 AM and 8 PM every day, would take a few minutes to pray for our federal leaders, our premier, our front line workers, our Municipal leaders, the sick, the beavered and for the removal of COVID19 by the hand of the Lord. Each week a new list of prayers will be presented on Tuesday morning for you to bring before the Lord. Imagine what can happen when the people of God join together and bombard the heart of the master. If you have a need that you would like the body of Christ to agree with and present before the Lord, please click on the prayer button below.

Greetings NBCC Facebook family and all of our E-Family who tune in each week to see the power of God moving within our community. New Beginnings Community Church Windsor has been faced with a great challenge this past month as our Church facility was required to do a fire bell update to bring our building up to code at a cost of $8,511. We started a fundraiser this past January and have already raised $ 4,500, may the Lord be glorified. However, we are still $4,011 short and we need your help. If you feel the Lords prompting to help out NBCC in this endeavor, please donate today by following the below instructions. May the Lord bless you and prosper you today. PC

Dear NBCC Family,
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) has intensified in our area we wanted to touch base again to our church family to let you know our plan of action. While we love our Sunday morning gatherings and believe that it is one of the foundations to who we are as a church, we cannot ignore the physical safety of our church family. After the most current recommendations of our provincial government declaring a state of emergency right here in the province of Ontario, it is with a heavy heart and deliberation among our board of directors, we have determined the best way to love our church family and care for their physical well-being is to move towards online ONLY services.
All Bible studies, prayer-meetings, cell group ministries, youth, café, band practices and our Young Adult's ministry will be cancelled effective immediately, however I as the Senior Pastor will still be in the office throughout the weeks to answer any phone calls, concerns and to receive prayer. You will be able to access our services on Facebook Live, YouTube on Sunday morning and Wednesday mornings at our normal worship times of 10:30 am. You will be able to continually support the work and the effort of God through online giving at our website, e-transfer (Email E-Transfer email email@example.com) or you can have the opportunity to mail in your weekly support at our mailing address as we continually function as a non-profit entity, until the ban is lifted.
We will be monitoring the situation weekly and making the determination of our Sunday services as the conditions change, so be sure to follow closely online to know about each Sunday. We are continuing to monitor how NBCC may be able to be a blessing to those around us who have been affected by the coronavirus. We will let you know of any opportunities there may be for you to help as we arrange them. Please join us in praying for those who are affected by this illness, as well as their caregivers and those who are working around the clock to minimize the impact of this virus.
Psalm 46: 5-7
God is in that city, and it won't be shaken. He will help it at dawn. Nations rage! Kingdoms fall! But at the voice of God the earth itself melts. The LORD All-Powerful is with us
David here reminds us that the Lord is our very present help, in our time of need, as “HE IS IN THE CITY” as He is “ALL-POWERFUL” letting us know, that it is God who is our refuge and strength, and our ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, let us not fear, but with confidence use this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus through our prayers and our care for others.
